Pliant allows you to export transactions to lexoffice via our accounting export page. While exporting to lexoffice receipts as well as pre-accounting data (e.g. G/L accounts, suppliers/merchants, VAT rates ...) are synchronised to lexoffice. Just confirm the suggested link in lexoffice and save a lot of time.
How to set up the integration to lexoffice in Pliant?
Navigate to Settings > Accounting > Lexoffice (tab) or use the shortcut on the integrations page
Connect Pliant to Lexoffice by clicking on "Connect"
βImportant: You need to have your lexoffice credentials at hand to complete the initial connection between Pliant and lexofficeOnce set up head over to the accounting export page to export transactions

we do create a bank account (labelled as "Pliant") in lexoffice. If there is already one with this name we use it and don't create a new one.
we import all eligible G/L accounts automatically to your Pliant organization. Existing G/L accounts are automatically deactivated
we do set G/L accounts and VAT rates as mandatory for export as those data fields are mandatory in lexoffice
How-to export transactions to lexoffice in Pliant?
Navigate to Accounting export and start checking and/or manually assigning the necessary data (e.g. uploading receipts, adding receipt numbers, assigning G/L accounts, VAT rates, comments ...)
Select the transactions you want to export to lexoffice and move them via the export queue to the exported page (More information on how to use our accounting export flow can be found in this article)
The export is triggered in the background and we will inform you about the result using the status indicator at the top of the page

If a receipt is uploaded to a transaction we automatically link the receipt to the payment in lexoffice.
βπ‘If you plan to export receipts to lexoffice the receipt number is mandatory in lexoffice. That's why you cannot export transactions without adding a receipt number but don't worry in most cases our automatic receipt number extraction will just do the job for you.
β In lexoffice G/L accounts are mandatory so make sure to assign the correct one to each transaction
