When you sign up for a Pliant credit account, you are assigned a credit limit depending on your projected monthly credit card spending as well as the credit assessment done by Pliant. Your payments will then be taken out of your organization's bank account on whatever frequency you choose (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). Your credit limit is reset every month.

Change credit limit

If you need more credit limits due to an upcoming project, extra expenses allocated to the card, or if you were running low on your current limit, you can request for it to be changed. To do this, please contact us through the chat in our mobile or web app, or by submitting a ticket via our Support Form. We will assess your company and get back to you as soon as possible.

Side note: We will also inform you via e-mail when you have 20% and 10% of your overall limit remaining.

Change direct debit frequency

The credit limit is based on the billing frequency you have chosen: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. You can find the respective billing cycles for the individual accounts in your account overview.

If you wish to change your current billing cycle, please use this form. We will then re-evaluate your credit and contact you as soon as possible.
