Pliant’s credit card billing statements aggregate all card transactions made by any cardholder, and all incoming and outgoing payments of the organization‘s account. You can find these billing statements on the Statements page.
Pliant generates your statements based on the calendar months, from the 1st to the last day of the month, and this is not configurable.
The Statements page shows high-level information about each statement period, including the Starting balance and Ending balance and the Total Transactions and Payments within the period. This information provides an overview of that specific month.
When you expand the statement period by clicking the arrow on the page, you can view all incoming and outgoing payments within that period.
Monthly Statement Document
For each statement period, we create a Monthly Statement PDF document, which provides a solid overview of the transactions and payments booked within the specified month. The document includes all booked transactions and payments, based on the booking date, along with a running balance.
We create a Monthly Statement PDF on the second working day of the following month after doing cross-checks to finalize the previous month’s card account movements.
This Statement PDF is also sent to your billing email address registered in the system. The email address can be changed in the organization settings. We send this on the third working day of the following month, one day after its creation.
You can also access the previous month’s document on the Statements page, by clicking on the "Download" button next to each Statement period.
CSV download for more data points
We also offer a comprehensive CSV file that includes the same transaction and payment info as in the Monthly Statement document, along with many valuable data points. These CSV files enable detailed analysis of expenditures at various levels, such as per cardholder, card, or team/cost center.
You can download these CSV files from the Statement page using the "Download" button.
How do Statements work when you have multiple accounts?
If your organization has multiple accounts, you should switch between the accounts on the Statements page. Pliant also generates multiple Monthly Statement PDFs for each account you have and sends them to your billing email address in separate emails.
