Withdrawals are available for both credit and prefunded accounts. Withdrawals involve transferring funds from your Pliant card account to your external corporate account.
How can I withdraw money from my Pliant account?
To request a withdrawal, navigate to the Payments page and click the "Withdraw" button. If you have multiple accounts for your organizations, ensure you select the appropriate Pliant account first. Then, enter the amount you want to withdraw and select the bank account to which you want to send the money.
You can only withdraw funds if you have a positive balance and cannot use your credit line to withdraw funds. If the “Withdraw” button is unavailable, it means you do not have a positive balance in your card account. The requested funds will arrive in your bank account the next day.
Can I select the account in which I want to withdraw money?
You can only withdraw money to a bank account that you have previously used for top-ups.
