How to request a new physical or virtual card via the cardholder app?

To request a physical or virtual card, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Wallet" in the web or mobile cardholder app.

  2. In the web app, click the "Request new card" button. In the mobile app, tap the plus sign at the top.

  3. Select the desired card type. Note that some card types may not be available (e.g. if you already have a physical card, you will not be able to request a second one).

  4. Input the required card details, enter a reason for the request, and submit the request for approval.

Requests are sent to your organization's account owners and admins. If you enter a team while requesting the card, the request will also be sent to the manager(s) of the respective team. You will receive an email once the request has been approved.

Physical card have an average delivery time of one to two weeks. If the card is not delivered, it needs to be cancelled before placing a new order.
